When Callum Lynch explores the memories of his ancestor Aguilar and gains the skills of a Master Assassin, he discovers he is a descendant of the secret Assassins society.
Another video game being turned into a movie. While the track record of previous games-to-movies suck, with Warcraft coming out and then this one I feel like there is hope. Michael Fassbender plays the assassin and I don’t think I could have asked for a better actor. Let’s hope for the best

Title: Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them
Showing in Theaters: November 18, 2016
![fantastic beast](https://trendsaroundtheglobe.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/fantastic-beast.png?w=265&h=423)
The adventures of writer Newt Scamander in New York’s secret community of witches and wizards seventy years before Harry Potter reads his book in school.
I’m excited to see this. I’ve read all the Harry Potter books and watched all the movies so I won’t say no to more content from that universe. This one is set in America which is a completely different setting but its not necessarily a bad thing because it distances itself from the everything else we’ve seen. A new setting with new characters in the same universe. Awesome.

Title: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
Showing: December 16, 2016
![rogue one](https://trendsaroundtheglobe.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/rogue-one.png?w=233&h=358)
Rebels set out on a mission to steal the plans for the Death Star.
This movie is the first in the Star Wars: Anthology Series which will tell various stories that take place in multiple places in the Star Wars Universe. They are classified as spin-offs but I think this is a great idea. This means that we will have Star Wars content. Who will say no to that. As long as its good content I’ll be happy.
3.)
Title: Suicide Squad
Showing : August 5, 2016
![suicide](https://trendsaroundtheglobe.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/suicide.png?w=330&h=397)
A secret government agency recruits imprisoned super villains to execute dangerous black ops missions in exchange for clemency.
Have you seen the latest trailer? Please do yourself a favor and go watch it because words fail me when trying to describe the excitement I felt. It looks like DC is finally getting their act together because this movie looks like it will throw the Avengers out of the window.

Title: X-Men Apocalypse
Showing: May 27, 2016
![x-men](https://trendsaroundtheglobe.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/x-men.png?w=314&h=428)
Apocalypse, the world’s first mutant emerges and its up to the X-Men to stop him from destroying the world and creating a new world order, over which he will reign.
For those of yo
u who don’t know, this is the last movie where Hugh Jackman will be acting as Wolverine. Despite that depressing point, Apocalypse looks badass. I seriously doubt that I will be disappointed with this movie as the previous ones were absolutely amazing.

Title: Finding Dory
Showing: June 17, 2016
Family audiences turned out in droves over the weekend, propelling “Finding Dory” to a massive $136.2 million debut and establishing a new record for an animated film opening.
The sequel to 2003’s “Finding Nemo” was bolstered by strong reviews and residual affection for the Oscar-winning first film. It’s a return to form for Pixar after the animation studio behind “Toy Story” and “The Incredibles” suffered its first box office failure last year with “The Good Dinosaur.” But its decades of excellence continue to be the brand’s major selling points.
“It’s amazing when you look at the longevity of this brand, the viability of it, and the unfettered enthusiasm pretty much everyone has for Pixar,” said Paul Dergarabedian, senior media analyst at comScore.
“Finding Dory” centers on a blue tang fish with short term memory loss (Ellen DeGeneres) and her quest to be reunited with her long-lost parents. Its opening weekend results sailed past the previous high-water mark for an animated film — “Shrek the Third’s” $121.6 million launch in 2007 — and ranks as the second-best June debut, behind “Jurassic World’s” $208.8 million bow. Overseas, “Finding Dory” added another $50 million to its haul from 29 international markets, including Australia, Argentina, Russia and China, where its $17.5 million debut ranks as the biggest ever for a Pixar release.

“Finding Dory” reunites the friendly-but-forgetful blue tangfish with her loved ones, and everyone learns a few things about the true meaning of family along the way. The all-new big-screen adventure dives into theaters in 2016, taking moviegoers back to the extraordinary underwater world from the original film.
